  3. The two keyboard equivalents for Add are Command-A and SHIFT-ENTER.
  4. Use Add to add a record  to a database file. Once you have entered all the data for a particular
  5. record, select the Add option from the Record menu to add the record to the database and clear 
  6. the fields to enter a new record. The new record will have the default fields specified through the 
  7. Default Fields Values dialog box (from the Edit Menu). New  but not modified  records are  
  8. eliminated when closing the database file.
